Fell on the tile floor & split my head open which required 9 stitches. Third time for face connection to concrete. The EMS people were fantastic as was the hospital emergency room. The Life Alert was great. I don’t think anything could have beat the service I received from Life Alert, EMS and the Hospital Staff. I sat down on a chair with wheels, the chair moved, causing me to fall on the floor. Because of my knee transplant, I could not get up.
